Very matcha taste and texture. I used this to create a matcha butter cream for my enchanted garden themed cupcakes and it was so delicious. Disappointed
I bought this for my husband so it would be easy for him to open cans and not have use a manual can opener and I did not want another appliance on my counter. It has not opened one single can. Waste of money. I was so hoping this can opener would work for him. I will look for a better one.
