These Indy Stainless Steel Valves are designed for the 95 99 Neon DOHC, 95 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse Non Turbo, and 01 10 PT Cruiser (Non Turbo). They are much stronger and far less expensive than the factory valves. These are 1mm oversize intake and exhaust for improved flow into and out of the combustion chamber. Please note that installing 1mm oversize valves will require you to have machine work done to your head to fit the
