ARP Main Stud Kit, 95-05 Dodge Neon 2.0LARP Main studs for the 1995 2005 Neon with 2. 0 liter engine. This kit eliminates the factory bolts that secure the bedplate under the crankshaft to the block. These are far stronger than the OEM head bolts, but most importantly can be reused, whereas the oem bolts are supposed to be replaced each time they are removed. These ARP main studs are made from 8740 chromoly steel and have a 190,000 psi tensile strength rating. They are precision centerless

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
